Studies have shown that individuals who reflect reliably have reduced sickness, stress, and need for rest.  However, one of the most persuading inspirations to consider is that the course of reflection itself is great. Thought isn't dependent upon the result, but the show of reflection itself is a cheerful one, moving one to a state of satisfaction and peaceful care during the planning of reflection itself, not actually around the completion of getting ready.
